Cooking
First, slice two large onions.
Peeled potatoes chop with avometers and add the half sliced onion, two fresh eggs and two cloves of garlic. Mix well and don't forget to add salt.
From the resulting potato mixture will need to cook 4 potato pancakes. I took the pan diameter 22 cm
Once you've fried 4 pancakes, give them a good cool down, and, in the meantime, do some preparation of fillings. To do this, slice the mushrooms, mix them with onion, good salt and fry all for 15 minutes. In the process of making this filling, add a couple tablespoons of sour cream and leave to stew for 5 minutes.
Prepare two other toppings. One filling will consist of grated eggs with fresh herbs. Don't forget a little salt.
The second filling is a cheese with garlic.
In all three toppings, add a spoonful of sour cream and mix well.
Lay out a snack cake. For each potato pancake you need to fluff cream and put the stuffing in the following order: first the eggs with herbs – potato pancakes, then fried mushrooms with onion – potato pancakes and then cheese with garlic – potato pancakes.
The finished pie top coat with cream and sprinkle with fresh herbs. The food is ready, eat up, everyone.
