Lemon marmalade
What could be better for Breakfast a Cup of hot coffee and crispy toast with a fragrant sour and sweet lemon marmalade?

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    450 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Gelatin

    8 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

Wash the lemons, remove their peels, cut into 4 pieces,

To separate the pulp, clean it possible from the bitter white of the films, to remove all the bones

For 20-25 minutes to lemon, the mass was homogeneous and thickens. While cooking the jelly, soak the gelatine in 100 ml of water for 20 minutes. Add the swollen gelatine in the jelly, simmer the jam for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, cool. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator
