Mix the flour with salt, baking powder, vegetable oil, a little stir.
Pour the boiling water and stir with a spatula (a fork) then when it begins to cool, knead with hands, roll into ball, wrap with film and leave for 1 hour. If initially it would seem that there is little water, it's wrong, continue to mix, more water is not necessary.
For the filling, cheese and egg RUB on a small grater, squeeze the garlic, add the red pepper, chop the dill, mix well. I used two kinds of cheese, cheddar and Edam cheese, tastes better when the cheese several, more than two..
Butter or margarine to melt. From dough to form balls with a diameter of about 3 cm. Each ball roll out as thin as possible the thinner, the better (1 mm or less).
Grease a rolled tortilla with butter, spread evenly a little filling, roll roll.
Then roll roll snail.
The greenshank slightly flatten the hand slightly and then roll out to a thickness of 1 cm. If the dough breaks a little, do not worry.
Spread tortillas on a baking sheet, brush with loose cannons with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until Golden color.
