Soup
Do not rush sneaker! I understand that recipes soup on the website of the small car and truck! But I truly loved this recipe with minimum ingredients, simplicity, and most importantly - the taste of childhood! This recipe was given to me by my beloved mother, when we first started together and I wanted to please narrowing in nutrition!) When prepared for the first time-remember that the soup gave us in the garden! In General, I hope someone soup will come in handy, because it is really insanely delicious.

  • Sauerkraut

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Spices

Cabbage soup like any soup, I always cook in the broth. Each family have their own recipes meat broth, so cook so and so, how do You and Your family. Personally, I never loaded yourself with this stuff and just cook a piece of pork with Bay leaf and pepper peas until tender, removing the foam.

During this time we clean and grate carrots, peeled onions finely shinkuem. Fry in small amount of vegetable oil on medium heat for a few minutes.

Add the tomato, salt-pepper to taste, stir, cover and simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

During this time, take out the meat and in the broth put the cabbage. We love sourer, so I further squeezed some juice from the cabbage to the pot. So You do adjust as You like.

Potatoes clean and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Put in our soup browned vegetables, potatoes and chopped meat, add Salt-pepper to taste. I always add dried parsley and some marjoram. Cook on slow fire of 30-40 minutes depending on how You like the cabbage in the soup: crispy or not.
