Pellets of semolina, cooked in the pan
This recipe I took from the website "the Power of taste" from Selena (Helen). Pellet - just SUPER!!! Are made very quickly and simply.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    500 g

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Knead the dough from semolina, salt, sugar, water and yeast.

The dough cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

After the dough has risen, place onto work surface and oiled hands again knead the dough (slightly) and divide it into 4 parts.

From each piece roll cake. Bake on a pre heated (but not hot) dry pan on medium heat under the lid. Bake for about 3 minutes on each side.
