Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Water

  • Salt

Ingredients. In General, the ratio of onions and cabbage should be 1:1.

Cabbage, onion and ginger cut very finely.

Mix everything with flour and baking powder. Sprinkle with salt and add oil and water to make a thick dough. If you overdo it with water, no big deal. Just add flour. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.

On a hot non-stick pan fry our pancakes. First, on low heat under a lid for 5 min. on each side, and then on medium heat on both sides until crisp.
