Dip of eggplant with olives
To serve dip, you can bread any meat, or want... the Sauce turned out spicy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Green olives

    1 can

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Roast eggplant in the oven or on the fire. I baked it on the gas. cooker , the flame spreader. Eggplant dipped in cold water and peel.

In a blender put the chopped eggplant, parsley, olives and remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth.
