Cooking

step-0
We will prepare the stuffing. The stuffing can be any. I have beef. And I add to the juiciness of the vegetables. This onion zucchini and/or squash or cabbage. This time I have squash.
step-1
Vegetables, peel, cut into large chunks and puree them together with the egg.
step-2
The resulting mixture mix with minced meat, salt, pepper. Do not add vegetable mixture all at once, it can turn out watery. It all depends on the juiciness of the vegetables and texture of minced meat.
step-3
The resulting minced meat stuffed with pasta "nests". The stuffing gently we stamp and form the hill: when fighting the nest settles, and the filling too.
step-4
Put the nest in a deep pan or casserole, pour half a Cup of water, cover it and set on fire.
step-5
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Grate on a coarse grater tomatoes (skins discarded)
step-6
Chop the Basil leaves. The very sprig can be cut into two or three pieces and add to the pan. When serving, remove them.
step-7
Mix tomatoes, Basil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper. Add the vegetable oil.
step-8
Pour the sauce over the nest. The sauce should not cover them completely. Importantly, the pasta base was in the liquid. Cover with a lid and stew until ready (about 25 minutes).
step-9
The amount of ingredients for stuffing I pointed out more than necessary for the filling 10 slots. I can't do the meat a little))) Of the remaining moulded semi-finished products of any shape and freeze.
step-10
Simple, delicious and hearty dish is ready! For this dish you can take a pasta of a different kind. They just roll in on the bottom of the pan/casserole, put the meatballs/burgers etc., slightly deepening. And then everything according to the recipe. It turns out not worse.
