As usual, the recipe is simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Berry sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Podcherevok need to choose very thin with minimal greasy layer, so it is easy to twist into a roll. Podcherevok wash, dry. The knife is well cleaned skin (it can remove).

Well season with salt and pepper, leave to marinate at least 30 minutes. Squeeze the garlic, brush them podcherevok.

Mix cranberry sauce, mild mustard, soy sauce, wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

Lubricate sauce podcherevok.

Collapse podcherevok roll, tie with string, coat with the sauce. Bake at 180* for 1.5 hours, from time to time to coat the loaf with the remaining sauce.

Ready roll cool, put on the night under a press.
