Vitamin drink
This simple, but very tasty tea perfectly warms you on frosty winter evening, and chilled perfectly quench thirst on a hot summer day. In other words, the recipe year-round! Not to mention a storehouse of vitamin C. the recipe of the drink was placed on the website in the 2009 user Sauceny under the same title and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Black tea

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Lemon

    0.333 piece

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Brew strong tea in a volume of 500 ml. In this embodiment used the usual black, but green and other varieties are not prohibited. The amount of welding you can adjust yourself (looking for "strong").

Cut from 3-4 lemon slices and mash them with the sugar in a separate kettle (about 1 liter).

Add lemon cranberries (frozen should be thawed, so as not to reduce the temperature of the drink).

Pour on top of prepared tea leaves and add boiling water until full.

Leave it to infuse for a few minutes.
