Pleskavitsa is a popular Balkan dish. Most often this big hamburger cooked on the grill over charcoal. Interestingly this dish that is made of pickled minced meat. And due to the fact that it added mineral water, the meat in the frying process takes a mouth-watering splendor.
Season the mince with salt, pepper, add sparkling mineral water.
Add the soy sauce. I use light soy sauce TM Cccamp.
Intensively stirred. Crush, to expel extra air. Smooth the surface and brush it with olive oil. Cover with wrap and place in the fridge for a day.
Add in the mince and finely chopped onion. First form a ball, then pellet the size of a tea saucer.
Fry until cooked. Serve with pickled red onions and vegetables.
