Summer Squash... it's time... Offer one of the options for squash cake.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Tomato

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    8 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Zucchini peel, remove seeds, grate, squeeze out excess moisture. Add eggs, sour cream and flour.
