Description

Turkish yoghurt soup
Want for the first time in my stay on this website to offer you an interesting recipe of Turkish cuisine. I apologize if someone already posted it on the website. Lately, for some reason the image of Turkey I have been associated is not famous lentil soup "Mercimek corbasi", namely "Yayla". This soup is especially useful for children, pregnant and lactating women... and indeed for everyone, as it is rich in calcium. This soup is quick and easy to prepare, and the products are always at hand. Try and enjoy a new flavor this far and so close to Turkey.

Cooking

step-0
So, let's start... Here are all the products that we need when cooking this soup.
step-1
First rinse the rice and set it to boil. Rice preferably even a little to tenderize, so it will be in the soup is very soft. If you cook the soup broth, then boil the rice directly in it. While the rice is cooking, in a pan put the yogurt, the egg (the idea is that you put only the yolk, but I all the egg), flour and some cold water.
step-2
Beat with a whisk.
step-3
Then a thin stream pour in the mixture jogurtu a glass of hot water (broth), mix well. There also pour the remaining hot water. Put in a pot of soup boiled rice, salt to taste and put on fire. COVER, IN ANY CASE, DO NOT CLOSE!!! It is the mandate of my neighbor-the Turkish woman who taught me to cook this soup.
step-4
By the time the boiling soup in a separate pan (a small frying pan, as you prefer) melt the butter. Throw in oil, mint and hot pepper and calcined for 15 seconds. You will smell a funky smell.
step-5
And immediately oil with spices pour into boiling soup.
step-6
That's ALL!!! I hope you will like this Turkish soup. If desired, add lemon juice. Afiat olsun!!! (Tur.: Bon appetit!!!)
