Zavyvanets fish with spicy sauce
Fish rolls in a spicy sauce with shrimp. Easy and healthy dish. Excellent with crusty bread and fresh butter!!! For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Grouper

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

Perch defrosting, wash.

To separate the fillet.

Eggs finely chop, mix with dill. Put in the fillets, sprinkle with salt, pepper.

Stuffed fillet roll to form a sausage and tie with string. In boiling water add onion, Bay leaf, salt and put the rolls. Cook for 10-15 minutes. The finished rolls leave to cool in the broth.

For the sauce in a blender, mix 3 cooked yolks with vegetable oil, cider vinegar, mustard, sour cream and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut rolls with a sharp knife into serving pieces. Serve with boiled prawns, slices of butter and a spicy sauce.
