And I had this idea snacks in the form of mini-burgers (rummaged through the Internet and found that this idea is on the English site, not new))) Well, we can try to surprise the guests with a mini-hamburgers, I think they will like.

Preparation of mini-burgers will begin, of course, with mini-muffins. In warm milk stir the yeast and sugar and leave to activate for 10 minutes. Then add the egg, oil, salt and stir well-whisk.
Add the flour and knead soft, gentle dough.

But by the end of the kneading it should catch up. The dough should not be steep, if necessary add a little milk.
The dough should be podcating into a ball, grease with vegetable oil (I use for the test course, a mixture of sunflower and olive).
Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 1 hour (or in the fridge for 12-24 hours).
The dough should rise in 2 times.

Roll the dough out to a thickness of about 7-8 mm and cut out circles with a diameter of 2-3 cm. I used the metal cover from cognac.
