Bread with buckwheat cereal and Apple allow you to get enough of without harm to the figures and, more importantly, are gluten free. These crispy cakes are good as a Cup of morning tea or coffee, or as a healthy snack that you can take with you to work!

Ingredients

  • Cereals buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Buckwheat flakes and flax seeds to grind. I used the grinder.

Apple wash, peel, remove the seed box and grate on a fine grater.

In a bowl add the crushed buckwheat flakes with flax seed, Apple, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, olive oil, a pinch of salt. Mix well and let stand for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 150-160 degrees. Baking tray lay a parchment, lightly grease with vegetable oil. The dough thinly roll out, cut circles and lay on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until tender. The thinner the dough, the crunchy bread will turn out.
