Ingredients

  • Melon

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

  • Water

Melon wash, remove seeds and peel.

Cut into cubes.

To prepare the syrup. In a quart jar, pour 2 Cup sugar, 1 tsp. of citric acid, to pour all the water as will fit in the jar, and mix (syrup will last for 3 years).

Syrup pour into a saucepan and boil.

Melon place in cans of 1 l, pour the hot syrup over and cover with lids.

In a large bowl or saucepan to get water, put it in jars and sterilize 10 min.

Seal the cans and cover with a warm blanket.
