Cooking
Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings, to fry in vegetable oil.
In bowl stir disassembled into fiber meat, chopped eggs, grated on a grater black radish
Add roasted carrots, onion, salt, mayonnaise.
The salad needs to stand in the cold for 4 hours. Takes the bitterness and the taste of radish is not so pronounced. When serving, decorate with the flower of the radish.
