Spanish lentil soup
In Spain, lentil is a very popular dish. It is not only that it is inexpensive and hearty, you can cook and first, second, and snacks. This soup I liked its simplicity and stunning rich taste.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Tomato

  • Garlic

  • Red onion

    3 cup

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Thyme

  • Paprika sweet

A Cup of lentils, wash and fill with 2 cups of chicken broth. Put on stove and let boil 7 minutes.

Half a Cup of rice, rinse and pour 1 Cup of broth. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes.

Cut prepared chicken breast.

Onion and garlic we shall cut cubes.

Coarsely chop 2 ripe tomatoes. Combine vegetables in a saucepan with the lentils and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add the paprika and thyme.

Put vegetable mixture in blender and beat into a soft mousse. Add the yogurt and return the mixture to the saucepan, add the rice and chicken.
