Cooking
The main character of the recipe - red lentil.
A Cup of lentils, wash and fill with 2 cups of chicken broth. Put on stove and let boil 7 minutes.
Half a Cup of rice, rinse and pour 1 Cup of broth. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes.
Cut prepared chicken breast.
Onion and garlic we shall cut cubes.
Coarsely chop 2 ripe tomatoes. Combine vegetables in a saucepan with the lentils and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add the paprika and thyme.
Put vegetable mixture in blender and beat into a soft mousse. Add the yogurt and return the mixture to the saucepan, add the rice and chicken.
Ready soup poured on plates, garnish with arugula and almonds. Add a spoonful of yogurt and will enjoy this hearty, fragrant and Spanish colorful soup!
