Spaghetti with canned tuna
This quick and easy pasta recipe will please your taste all lovers of pasta as such! For me, this recipe is a godsend! It always helps when time to cook lunch/dinner quite a few, and a family to feed... besides, spaghetti with this sauce are so delicious that I eat it with great pleasure! In the recipe, the original the sauce is ready, it is recommended to grind in a blender into a puree and then add to spaghetti. But it seems to me that initially finely chopped olives, capers, onion and tuna fish pieces in the cooking process and become so rather pleasant the structure of the sauce. With the apparent poor set of ingredients, the taste of this dish is bright, expressive and strong... would put the Italians themselves!!! In General we strongly recommend to try this dish for all lovers of pasta!

Cooking

step-0
In a large pot put to boil water for spaghetti. As soon as the water boils, add salt and spaghetti. Then, cook according to the directions on the package... Well, until the water boils, start cooking the sauce with the tuna. In fact, the sauce is done simultaneously with the pasta. For starters, the onion finely chopped. I'm using blender... In a deep frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and lightly fry the onion, stirring from time to time. It needs only to slightly brighten and, thus, not fried... if necessary, add a ladle of water for spaghetti!
step-1
Meanwhile, black olives cut into rings and rinse capers from salt and lightly chopped.
step-2
After 3-4 minutes add the olives to the onions with the capers, stir and cook everything for 3 more minutes.
step-3
Drain excess oil from tuna and add to the pan the vegetables...
step-4
Mix well, season with a little salt and pepper to taste and add a few drops of lemon juice. You can pour another ladle of water, which by that time already cooked spaghetti. Ready spaghetti, drain, but don't forget to leave a glass of water in which they cooked... This water is then always possible to dilute and bring to desired consistency virtually any sauce that we're going to serve pasta! )))
step-5
After 5 minutes, add to the sauce chopped parsley, check for salt...
step-6
Put in a big bowl of spaghetti, and top with the sauce. Mix well, if necessary pour a little water (from the pasta), stir and serve immediately! Already in the bowl to sprinkle the spaghetti with olive oil!
