A gift to meat-eaters. Love sauce "Tkemali" to the meat, but the plum we have is rare and short-lived. But cranberries in our Northern lands is year-round and fresh, and, especially, frozen. Tried it based on the recipe for plum sauce to make a cranberry dip for meat. Very unusual sauce. Lovers of unusual combinations I recommend to try. Yield: 100 grams

  • Cilantro

    15 g

  • Garlic

    5 g

  • Red onion

    20 g

  • Sugar

    15 g

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 pinch

Skip the cranberries, greens, onion, Chile and garlic through a blender. I had a Polish frozen cranberries, dry in fact. Therefore, the dip turned out very similar to jam. With the usual cranberries it will be more liquid.
