Snack cake
Nothing too complicated, delicious snacks and original presentation that I saw a couple of years ago in the Greek edition of the magazine "Gourmet&am p;quot;.

Ingredients

  • Beets

  • Yogurt

  • Dill

  • Horseradish

  • Olive oil

Boil beetroot in salted water to clean (I do it under running cold water), RUB on a large grater, add the balsamic vinegar and place in a colander, give good to drain the juice.
