Cake Favorite
The combination of honey, cream and cranberry. A very delicious cake.


  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    600 g

  • Sea buckthorn

    400 g


Beat eggs with sugar. In a water bath to melt the margarine or butter, add the sugar, honey and heat, stirring occasionally, add the eggs. Add the baking powder or soda, and stir until increasing in volume and whitening weight. Remove from the heat and cool. Then enter the flour and knead soft dough. Divide the dough into 6-8 pieces and roll cakes. Bake the cakes in a heated to 170-180 degree oven for 5-10 minutes. The softened butter beat with a mixer until obtaining a lush mass. Then, without stopping whisking, add the sugar and sour cream.
Cakes prosleeves cream. Cranberry twist and each series is spread on sour cream. Crust + sour cream + cranberry.
Since my birthday cake had yet to cover with fondant, top cake I was left without cream.
