Pickled peppers in 15 minutes! I copied the recipe from her friend, and my husband claimed that the same was prepared by Elena Chekalova! In General, we do not have time to fight in terms of authorship, because the pepper and instant cooking makes all just to tip my hat to the simplicity, brightness and taste of the snacks...


  • Pepper

    1.5 kg

  • Water

    1 l

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    8 Tbsp

  • Garlic

  • Dill


Our products
Pepper wash, remove core and cut into wedges. Boil water, add sugar, salt, oil, vinegar. And lay the prepared peppers (I put in 2 admission). Give writing a rolling boil for 15 minutes. P. S. Instead of vinegar you can use vinegar - 3 tbsp
Remove peppers with a slotted spoon, cool slightly and add crushed garlic (the number of cloves - to taste!) sprinkle dill (I had dried)
If the portion is big, like mine, is 1.5 kg, the part of the pepper you can put in a jar and pour the cooled marinade. Store in the refrigerator.
