Recipe makes 4 servings. For making fried rice especially need rice (surprisingly!). Already cooked rice should be dry – hold it a little longer on the fire or in a rice cooker after I evaporated all the water. Perfect for this dish suitable rice bubble Mix, I made it according to instructions. Of course the ginger root, garlic, onion.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat, add the garlic and ginger.
Fry until brown and crisp (do not burn!).. Place on paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
In a frying pan, heat a little vegetable oil and fry sliced onion until Golden brown.
Add the rice. The whole point of fried rice is to fry it, not just to warm up. Season to taste with salt.
Of course, fry a simple egg.
On a plate put the rice, top with egg and sprinkled with crispy ginger and garlic.
