Fried rice with crispy ginger
Options fried rice a lot, but I want to offer you a minimalist recipe from Mark Bittman. Fried rice, topped with crisp ginger and a fried egg is insanely delicious and easy!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Ginger

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Figure

    2 cup

Recipe makes 4 servings. For making fried rice especially need rice (surprisingly!). Already cooked rice should be dry – hold it a little longer on the fire or in a rice cooker after I evaporated all the water. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat, add the garlic and ginger.

Add the rice. The whole point of fried rice is to fry it, not just to warm up. Season to taste with salt.
