Mackerel dry-salted
Really liked this method of salting fish.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    0.7 kg

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Spices

    1 tsp

The fish is cleaned from the innards, cut the head and tail. Very carefully rinse

To prepare the spices, Bay leaves, breaking small pieces (if fresh - chopped). Mix it all together. Salt to take a tablespoon without slides

Spread out plastic wrap or a plastic bag. Thoroughly RUB the spice mixture, not forgetting to put inside of the abdomen.

And now most importantly: you need very, very tightly wrap our fish, leaving no air.

For the best brining I'm still wrapped in a towel and put it in the bottom of the refrigerator. You can have it in 2-3 days. Bon appetit!
