Description
A wonderful snack on "Herring under a fur coat" perfectly complete Your Christmas table! Delicious, easy, inexpensive and looks great on the holiday table! The addition of soy sauce in this dish makes it somewhat similar to sushi.

Herring

Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp

Soy sauce
1 tsp

Dill
3 sprig
Cooking
Boil the potatoes, beets and carrots. Using a pastry ring or glasses, chop the vegetables rings. I have a variety of potatoes, an unusual blue color.
Similarly sliced bread.
In the bowl of a blender place the herring, diced, mayonnaise, dill.
Add the soy sauce. I use light soy sauce TM Cccamp.
Blend until smooth.
On the circle of bread to spread the pate.
Then beetroot. Again pate.
The circle of carrots. Pate.
On top of the potatoes, and decorate with tiny bit of pate.
