Description

The gooseberry sauce
Not so long ago on one cooking site had their eye on this sauce as I love gooseberries. But somehow all the... the gooseberries are not grown, it has grown, Yes, I later remembered. And then it happened... the Sauce was a success - at least for the meat, even chicken, even as a marinade.

Ingredients

  • Gooseberry

    3 cup

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Basil

    7 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

step-0
Gooseberry wash, clean from the stems and stalks.
step-1
Bell pepper and Chile remove seeds, cut into 7-8 pieces. Peel the garlic, herbs and allow to dry. I had neither parsley nor mint, but they are in the original prescription. I put just Basil.
step-2
In the next step I have a "dead" camera, so no photos. Lay all the ingredients in a blender and grind, add salt, vegetable oil, herbs and stir. Try the taste, if you are satisfied, pour it into jars and bottles. Photos of the finished sauce did with the persuasion of the camera...
step-3
Actually, the original recipe was even walnut, I did not add it, if you like, you can add. The number of ingredients from the original recipe, I got about 0.7 of a liter of sauce. And garlic seemed to me a little 3 cloves, I added another. Let the sauce infuse. Bon appetit!
