Light salad with prosciutto
The day before I did a warm salad with roasted chicken and bell peppers. Salad swept in three moments. But half of salad mix left. Today, I present another option. Husband tasted and said that it is very tasty, but the one yesterday better!!! Prosciutto is a cured pork. The national dish of the Balkan peoples. We tried it in Montenegro, but they do and it is served everywhere there. Prosciutto is the equivalent of jamon. You can replace the Parma ham. In an extreme case, our own smoked bacon. So, let's start.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    0.5 pack

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Suluguni cheese

    50 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Parmesan

    20 g

  • Bacon

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

We will need salad mix, or just some green salad, though the salad, though the frieze, though the corn... Yes, even if the usual lettuce or lettuce. But the mix is still better, tastier and more aromatic. The amount is at your discretion. I had a half Italian packaging.

Cucumber and Apple cut into thin triangular slices, tomatoes cut in half, Suluguni cheese cut into small cubes.
