Jam cherry
Flavored jam with a vibrant taste. Moderately sweet and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    2 kg

  • Sugar

    1.250 kg

  • Water

    0.5 cup

Take this cherry.

to do this :) To do this, pour water for several hours to remove debris and insects. Rinse, remove pits.

Layers pour sugar and leave for a couple of hours - cherry should let the juice.

Then add water, put on small fire and bring to boil. The resulting foam to remove.

After 10 minutes after boiling - remove from heat. Let stand about 10 hours. I usually leave for the night.

The next day, again bring to a boil, put in sterilized jars and close.
