You like sushi rolls? Then You to me! A delicious salad, has a taste of the rolls. Don't believe? Then try!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Ginger

  • Nori

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    30 ml

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Wasabi

  • Sesame

Cooking

Boil the rice and cool. Put in a salad bowl. Shrimp boil and cool.

Fresh cucumber cut into strips. If very juicy, then lightly squeeze the juice.

Put cucumber to the rice.

Pickled ginger, finely chop and add to the bowl.

Boiled shrimp peel, cut into 2 or 3 pieces depending on size. Put in a salad bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the wasabi paste, soy sauce and rice vinegar, add sesame seeds. Stir it carefully. Salad dressing is ready.

Avocado clean and quickly (not to dark) cut into cubes.

Add avocado to a bowl and immediately pour the salad dressing.

Carefully mix our salad. Nori (I usually use not whole and broken leaves), finely crumble and sprinkle the salad on top. Here and ready!
