Yeast dough
Though I love to "Tinker" with the dough, but this recipe is a godsend! Time to cook just need five minutes. Store in the refrigerator two or three days. The dough quickly perkiset. Can be frozen. I cook from this dough delicious pies, meat pies, buns, cakes, pies with different fillings, pizza... If you are "afraid" of the test or you have little time cooking, try this recipe. It turns out at all!


  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    11 g


Pour in a bowl 4 cups flour and yeast. Then gradually pour the warm milk, add sugar, salt, sunflower oil. All the ingredients are mixed.
Then gradually add another Cup of flour. Spread the dough in a plastic bag and put into the fridge. The photo shows how come the dough in an hour, then three hours.
You can cook in 2 hours. But if the dough will be in the fridge for longer than that - nothing will happen. I often make this dough at night. And prepare something delicious the next day.
