Soup
Very fragrant soup is only made from healthy and tasty ingredients. The combination of beet, celery and ginger won me over. Impeccable and exquisite taste of food is maintained at cold and hot flow.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    500 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Dill

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Sour cream

Beets need 500 g is either 1 very large or 2 medium, or three small. To give the soup a little spice you can add some hot peppers (fresh). Ginger can also be put more for the fans.

Bake beets until tender (should be easily protectice knife) or boil. Cut into small cubes.

Onions and celery cut.

Fry in olive oil until light it will turn brown but don't overcook!

Peel the ginger and grate on a coarse grater. Add in fried.

Then pour 400 ml water (can be meat or vegetable broth) and add the beets. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 20 minutes.

You need to add salt, preferably freshly ground pepper, but it individually. I recommend to try and bring the taste of the individually your favorite spices.

Shift the soup into a blender, add the dill (or your favorite greens), sour cream (or cream) a little, you can always add more and mix until smooth.

Ready! Serve portions in the plates, glasses, etc. From a number of ingredients is obtained approximately 600 ml of soup, the consistency of thick cream.

If served without sour cream, then get a very diet, but no less tasty dish. When the soup stand and a little cool, color stnet even more intense. Bon appetit!!!
