A creamy soup of mushrooms and cauliflower
Soup for those who like soups or cream soups. Tender and very hearty soup that I made once, but the whole family require it now regularly.

Ingredients

  • Spices

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Cheese

    1 piece

Cut vegetables in half (the carrot can be smaller, because it cooks the longest). Boil the vegetables in water until tender, when it boils, add salt, pepper and Bay leaf and cook for another 10 minutes.

When the vegetables are cooked, it is necessary to make of them mashed potatoes (I'm crumpling with a pestle)

Next, boil the milk and add the resulting puree to the same sliced cheese and mushroom seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes.

The soup is ready. When serving you can add croutons and sour cream.
