Description
It just scraped "the bottom of the barrel" as they say. I had a small river forelka, a little shrimp and a lone squid. Decided to combine them in this simple, but delicious soup.

Cooking
In water to put the trout, cut into pieces, and boil the broth. Cook like a normal broth, remove the foam, add salt slightly to taste. I had a fish broth, which is just cooked (the fish went in another dish), because it is not cooling I used for the soup, and laid the trout in the boiling broth.
Onions and garlic peel and chop. Onion strips, garlic just finely.
Fry the onions and garlic in vegetable oil (no smell).
After a couple of minutes, add the tomatoes, which you take off the skin (incision crosswise and scalded with boiling water), and chop them in cubes.
Peel the potatoes, cut into strips. After 5 minutes, after boiling the broth with trout, add the potatoes to the soup.
When the potato is almost ready, add peeled shrimp.
After 3-4 minutes, the onions and tomatoes.
You can try the soup for salt, if you want to add. You can pepper - to taste. It seemed to me that there is not enough sugar and I added a pinch. At the end, add the squid, cut into strips (pre-cleaned, gutted and washed). Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
When serving, decorate with greens and lemon.
