Roast potatoes with pumpkin
Very unusual, in my opinion, the combination of fried potatoes and pumpkin. This dish felt autumn notes and brightness. So delicious that I want to eat the whole pan!

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Potatoes clean, cut into strips

In a pan pour oil, heat over medium heat.

Put the potatoes and lightly fry

Peel and cut the pumpkin, we will combine with potatoes.

Pour in the potatoes and fry until tender.

At the end of cooking add the red onions, roughly chopped. Season with salt and pepper, and a little skumanich. I usually add a lot of pepper, so it was quite spicy. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
