Mini croissants with shrimps and Parma ham
Offer insanely fast, terribly tasty and incredibly beautiful Italian appetizer. The number of products arbitrary, it all depends on your company. It's just that the more the better ;)

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

  • Ham

  • Puff pastry

  • Balsamic

  • Black pepper

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

Cooking

Shrimp clear from the shell, remove intestinal vein, leaving the tail.

Drizzle with white balsamic vinegar (you can use a lemon juice substitute) and pepper. DO NOT ADD SALT! Parma (ham) will give the shrimp his salt. Note! If ham or Parma no greasy layer ('ve seen these in the sale), then the shrimp need a little drizzle with olive oil.

Each shrimp wrap a strip of Parma ham. Parma better cut into 2-3 thin strips.

The dough is thawed, roll out slightly sprinkled with flour, cut into thin strips. To wrap the shrimp with Parma in the strip.

Beat the yolk, add some cream. Brush with beaten egg yolk shrimp croissants, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 200* for 15 minutes, preferably, without convection. To serve both hot and cold. Great tasty!
