Cooking
The meat is well boiled, and cut into lengthwise pieces. If the beef is fibrous, it can simply disassemble the fibers.
Cut onion into quarter rings.
Cucumber cut into strips.
Tomatoes to try to slice just like the cucumber.
Chop the greens, not granulate.
All mix, salt, add ground black pepper. This salad I'm usually not running anything, because we all have different tastes, even in our family it runs each at its own discretion. Just serve separately mayonnaise, separately mix the vegetable oil with lemon juice (you can add a little mustard). Bon appétit!
