Cake
Red Pope.. red.. red Santa became all white light!! I suggest to try this red yummy... the taste of coffee with mouth-watering ginger cottage cheese and lemon cream... because ginger oven long... and then... bake one.. have a good chunk impregnate.. smear cream... and enjoy mouth-watering flavored cakes.. which in a matter of minutes disappear with a mug of aromatic tea

Ingredients

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Lemon juice

    0.66 cup

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Curd

    100 g

  • Nuts

  • Juice

Prepare the crust: in a bowl, mix the butter, honey, sugar (1/2 cups), salt and vaniline, put in a water bath and cook until the butter is completely dissolved

Add baking soda and egg yolks, cook, stirring, the mixture should increase by 2-3 times and turn white

Add coffee, remove from the water bath and give everything a good stir

Add to honey mixture gradually to the flour

Coat the baking pan with baking paper, grease with oil, pour on it the dough, even out and send in a preheated 200C oven until tender ("until dry matches", somewhere in the 25-30min)

Now prepare the cream: in a bowl pour lemon juice, eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla and yoghurt, stir up everything, put in a water bath, until thick

When the cream thickens, remove from the water bath and add curd, stir up everything

The cake is cut into two equal parts, the uneven edges of the cut (to eat them immediately, do not need!.. they will be useful to us for the sprinkles:)), each cake with two sides impregnated with juice, spread on the dish first Korzh lubricated half cream, sprinkle with chopped nuts (you can still any praktikami)

Placed on top of the second Korzh, lubricated it with cream and sprinkle with our scraps, put in the refrigerator to cakes soaked (if not cut into pieces.. it turns out a wonderful cake)
