This seasoning can be added for flavor during cooking, and can be used alone. I love it for the ease of preparation, long-term storage and taste.
Wash the tomatoes, herbs, peel the garlic
Everything is cut, put in a slicer (or... grinder), add salt
Store in the refrigerator, adding as needed as the seasoning in soups, meat or just as a seasoning for meat. If the mass turns out watery (it all depends on the meatiness of the tomatoes), add in grinding process 1 bell pepper, then the mass will be more dense.
