This bread recipe for over 10 years. As I bake it - never failed, and therefore the name from the bread. The bread turns out completely different bran: rye, wheat, and today I offer You - from oat bran TM "Mistral"

    600 g

  • Bran

    80 g

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    430 ml

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Lay all the products according to the instructions for Your HP. If You don't have CP: will proseem flour, mix it with bran, dry milk, salt and sugar. In a small amount of warm water (35°C), add yeast and mix. Dry ingredients will make the deepening and pour out the yeast with the water. Mix. Gradually add the remaining water. Knead elastic dough. Add the soft butter and again knead the dough. Put in a warm place for proofing (hour 1.5 - 2). Then shape a loaf of bread, put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes to Bake in the oven until cooked (at 180°C).
