Spicy beer sauce
This sauce is perfect for poultry, potatoes and meat. And don't be afraid of the presence of beer in the lineup. During the boil the smell goes away completely. For the idea thanks Ann@.


  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Beer

    200 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Starch

  • Ginger

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper


Onion and garlic finely chop and fry in butter until transparent. In a pan put sauteed mixture, pour the beer and boil 10 minutes on slow fire.
Mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and grated ginger. Ovarium added and another 10 min. Add pepper and adjust the taste.
If the sauce turned out watery, we slushaem it with the starch divorced in water to the extent which You like. If you do not like chunks in the sauce, simply wipe through a sieve.
