Sweet sauce of red currant
Look through all the recipes of the sauce from the berries on the site and I am sure that my sauce is the place to be, as it will differ in taste from published here! Prepare the sauce first year, close more than enough for the winter, the family disperses on hurrah, even cook it to order those friends who do not have red currants! I suggest to you to try this wonderful and beautiful sauce! For a complete idyll, I offer you a recipe healthy juice from the currant cake that remains from cooking the sauce!


  • Red currants

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sugar

    600 g

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Carnation

    1 tsp

  • Pepper green

    1 Tbsp

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cake fruit

    2 cup

  • Water

    3 l

  • Juice

    1 cup

  • Fructose


With juicer squeeze of currant juice, the rest of the ingredients are given for 1 liter of juice; juice stir well the flour;
My advice is the cake not be thrown away and cook very healthy and tasty juice! Except for this cake, you will need 1 Cup of juice like I cook: Cake pour 3 liters of water, bring to boil, cook for 10 minutes; Remove from heat, strain into a jar through several layers of cheesecloth, add to a jar of fresh juice, posledice to taste with fructose and stir well! Cool and drink the whole family!
Continue about the sauce: To the juice add the zest, put on fire, bring to boil, reduce fire to minimum, remove the foam, add soy sauce; Add sugar and salt to dissolve;
Garlic finely chopped, pepper pound in a mortar; add the garlic and spices to the sauce, add the vinegar, cover and boil for 15 minutes;
If for long storage, then pour the sauce in sterilized jars and seal with sterilized lids;
Sauce serve in a well chilled with meat dishes!
