Salad
Recently looked through a binder with recipes and I came across an interesting salad, I have it slightly altered to your taste (chips were replaced by French fries and fresh cabbage - pickled). Come on in and get.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Sausage

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    30 g

  • The mixture of peppers

Potatoes RUB on a grater for Korean carrot, place on a paper towel and dry well.

Fry potatoes till nice Golden brown in a deep fryer or pan-fried in a large amount of vegetable oil. Spread on paper towel to eliminate excess fat.

Sausage cut into thin strips.

In a Cup put the pickled cabbage (pre-atadev brine through a colander).

Add to the cabbage fries, sliced sausage and mayonnaise. Mix well. Adjust to your taste (add salt and pepper) and mix well again.
