Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Garnet

Walnuts grind in a blender

Mushrooms, onion and garlic, spasserovat in butter.
