Spinach mousse with crab sticks
Dear cooks, just do not throw Slippers! I want to offer you another option of a mousse with crab sticks)) the Dish is creamy, delicate, beautiful, and so delicious that I had to share the recipe with you! It will decorate any holiday table and I can assure you that guests will be delighted!

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    140 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Soak gelatine in water (3 tbsp.) and dissolve in a water bath. I have instant gelatin, so I just threw up in warm water.

My spinach thoroughly and remove everything we don't like.

Put it in a bowl and we scald with boiling water.

Dill and parsley cut, peel the garlic.

Spinach, chopped herbs and garlic grind in a blender.

The sour cream with the salt and pepper mixture whisk.

Crab sticks cut into small cubes. Add to them the spinach mixture, sour cream and gelatin. Carefully stir.

I for greater beauty cut crab sticks into thin strips and put in shape (as pictured).

Fill the prepared molds with the mousse and put into the fridge for 3-4 hours, not less, more.
