Homemade potato chips

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Sunflower oil

    80 ml

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Potatoes peel and thinly slice using a grater slices, and cover with water for 10 minutes (to release unnecessary starch).

Cover the pan with foil. With the help of a dispenser or a cooking brush to coat the foil with oil. And put on top of potato slices. If the potatoes were soaked you need to dry it, and then on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle with the seasoning. And drizzle with oil from the dispenser or to coat each slice with cooking brush. Warm up the stove. I cook my chips with convection at 150°, on the top tier. 10 minutes one side.

It has been 10 minutes. Pull the pan, and carefully flip each slice. Slightly drizzle with oil, and the seasoning is not necessary to put. Send another 10 minutes. But the main thing is not to lose time, and look after cooking. Very quickly it can all burn.

The cooking time is over. Chips crispy, dry and Golden brown. Now they can be put on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
