Pickled lemons with Chile
The taste of these lemons reminded me vaguely of green olives. Full of fresh flavor with the sharpness. I hope this production will have to taste. You can add to salads, sauces and main dishes. As well as a separate snack. Moderately acute.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    5 piece

  • Leaf currant

    10 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

Lemons be sure to rinse with boiling water. Cut each lemon into 4 slices.
