Tomatoes in Belarusian
The tomatoes turn out delicious. Interestingly, these tomatoes can roll, even if there are no spices for pickling. Still really good. And what a pickle! Recipe read in the newspaper "My family", for which they thank you.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

Here are the spices I used: black peppercorns, mustard seeds, garlic, herbs uropa, parsley and celery. All the spices can be changed to taste.

At the bottom of the sterilized jars to put the sprig of dill, parsley and celery, and place all the tomatoes. Pour boiling water, cover with sterilized lids and leave to cool.

When banks becomes lukewarm, pour the water and all the spices directly in the jars. The proportions of this one 3-liter jar.
