I am a fan of the spinach and cook from it a lot of different delicacies. The idea of this dish, I was born a very long time and finally I made it. Spinach cheesecake will be a great appetizer at any table - fresh, bright and delicious. Cooked very quickly and simply.

Cooking
Gelatin dissolve in a small amount ( 50 ml) of water, leave to swell for 10 minutes.
Spinach puree them finely in the blender.
